Miner's Ace Hardware

The best Ace Hardware store in the known universe! The staff are extremely experienced, very friendly and wonderfully helpful. WooHoo! Really Great Place. I've spent the last couple months going to this store every day. I've been remodeling my Chinook motorhome as I vacation at the beach. The staff at Miner's have been wonderfully helpful. They have helped with excellent product selections and providing me with custom wood cutting on their panel saw and chop saw. Their gracious help has been wonderful.

Horrible Experience Today 😵‍💫. Went to get three house keys made. As I entered I picked my keys and waited by the help desk!!! From the opposite side of counter I heard MA’M WHAT DO YOU NEED !!!!!! Yelling voice I told her I need keys made. She called for a key maker. After talking w key maker I walked away to give them time to do the keys …..Funny but I ran into my son there so we looked at things for up coming projects This took 20 min!!!!! I approached the key area to see the loud associate working with another customer and his keys. I said Hi are my keys ready and she the associate (Liz AI) in the loudest voice, Omg , I have ever heard NO !!!!! They’re not ready!!!!!!! We’re doing the best we can here !!!!! She then went back to her register while another associate started my keys 🔑 that’s the third associate, then another came up to finish working on the other customers keys who they started.first. Simple house keys 🔑 As I approached and shared my displeasure for ignoring my keys for now going on 30min. This LOUD cashier Screams at me to come over and pay for them first. Omg this lady was so bossy and rude and beyond loud. Her voice was horribly and accosting. But her demeanor was horrific and down right rude. It’s like the cashiers are in a competition to get to ring up the next customer. And this lady out talks every cashier. It was like watching a cashier competition I will help you here !!!!! Lmao I was flustered thus this review. Worst experience ever and I spend a lot of money there. Maybe time for a new store to get supplies 😵‍💫😵🙄

Haylee went so far above and beyond I’m pretty sure she took a hot air balloon to make our experience something out of a Mario brothers game when you would get that untouchable cloud level. She coordinated with several other stores to get the things we needed without us having to travel about 60miles to each store round trip. A true reminder of the customer service we have forgotten! Thank you for being amazing haylee and helping when to absolutely didn’t have to! See you soon!

Usually have what I need. Nice selection of plants, seeds and gardening supplies. They're never out of propane refills. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I have vacationed in Pismo Beach since 1971 every year. I plan a visit to miner's. The store is Always clean and well stocked. Anytime I ask for something they not only tell me where it is but walk me over to it.
